Do you enjoy carving switch or do you only carve forward?
It is typical for someone who only carves forwards to use a directional shape. Let us know your preference.
We would recommend you look at a different model than the knapton twin. Directional boards that Knapton fans usually like are the Incline and Flux. You might want to review those models and see if they appeal to you. You could also go here for help with board selection
Select an answer that applies to you.
Boot out is a result of too much toe or heel overhang. Boot out occurs when you tip your board over in a carve and the toe of your boot or heel cup on your binding touches the snow. This is often accompanied by a fall. Many people experience it and are not aware what has happened and just find themselves sitting on their butt. If this is something you experience, then you might wish to change your answer to the above question.
The Knapton Twin is for riders who are interested in carving really aggressively and tipping their board at very steep angles to the snow. It does not sound like this model is the right choice for you. We suggest you get help with board selection.
    Please indicate your gender.
Gender is a basic way to understand build and make more accurate recommendations with regard to stiffness and length. You can also help us by letting us know.

Do you like using metric (cm, kg) or english (ft, in, lbs) units
Shorter lengths are easier to butter. Longer lengths are easier to carve.
Based on your weight, we would typically suggest a flex rating of 7.

Function designed to equal 0 if values fall in range of no more than3 bigger and no less than .5 smaller than suggested value

Your preferred sidecut radius is a lot bigger than the one we recommend. Large sidecuts can be very challenging to adapt to. Please be sure you have done adequate research and understand what you are requesting before continuing. It is important to note that you are ordering a custom dimensioned snowboard and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom dimensioned snowboards.

We do not recommend using a smaller sidecut radius than suggested. Smaller sidecuts will not be good for carving at really steep board angulations.
I understand that Donek does not recommend the sidecut I have chosen

You have selected a width wider than we recommend. Generally we find that people choosing a board more than 3cm wider than their current board come back to order a board that is narrower. Keep in mind you are ordering custom and we do not accept returns if you find you can not ride the dimensions you ordered.

The widest waist possible for the board length and sidecut you have selected is 0cm.

We can adjust the position of the inserts to match your preferred stance width when we build you a custom board. This gives you greater flexibility to experiment with a wider or narrower stance in the future. It also places you in the correct centered position on your new board allowing you to have the best experience when riding.

In order to accomplish this, you will need to provide us with your current stance width. Stance width is measured from the center of one binding disc to the center of the other binding disc. Stance width is NOT measured from heel to heel. Stance width is NOT measured from the the edge of the binding. Please examine the diagram below very carefully before making your measurement.

    WARNING

If you measure your stance incorrectly, you will likely get a snowboard that is very uncomfortable to ride. We do not accept returns on customer boards. We can not add more inserts or fix such a mistake for you. Be 100% certain you have measured correctly and entered the stance width as indicated in the above diagram and description.
