Donek Launches Martin Snowboards: High-Performance Carving, No Customization Required

Now, we’re bringing that same level of performance and craftsmanship to a wider audience with the launch of Martin Snowboards — a new brand focused on production-priced boards that are ready to ship, easy to access, and built for serious riding.

Meet Martin Snowboards: Built for Performance, Priced for Accessibility

Martin Snowboards is Donek’s answer to a growing demand in the snowboard community — high-performance, wide carving boards available off the shelf. Too often, snowboarders looking for a board that carves with power and precision — especially those with bigger feet or unique styles — are forced to either settle for mass-market shapes or invest in full customization.

Martin Snowboards is changing that.

These boards are designed and manufactured by the same team behind Donek, in the same Colorado-based facility, where skilled American workers are paid a living wage and uphold our signature commitment to quality.

The First Model: The RKT (Ryan Knapton Twin)

Martin’s debut model is the RKT, a snowboard inspired by the one-and-only Ryan Knapton — the YouTube carving icon known for his powerful turns and buttery freestyle flair. The RKT is a true twin shape engineered for riders who want to carve hard but still throw freestyle tricks across the whole mountain.

What sets it apart? Width and turning radius. While most boards on the market are still built for traditional foot sizes and riding styles, the RKT is intentionally wider — with waist widths ranging from 27 cm to 29 cm, and sidecut radii from 8.7M to 9.5M. This means less toe and heel drag, more edge hold, and a smoother, more stable carving experience.

The RKT will initially be available in:

• 145 cm
• 150 cm
• 154 cm

These boards are optimized for carving enthusiasts of all sizes and skill levels who are tired of compromising.
