Donek Snowboards is always accepting applications for various production positions as we continue to expand. Every new hire undergoes on-the-job training with our experienced team. An interview with our shop manager will help determine the best fit, and new hires may initially rotate through multiple tasks before settling into a specific role. Applicant Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience with hand and power tools is recommended, but you’ll be trained to use specific machines
• Fine motor skills and attention to detail
• Ability to organize multiple ongoing tasks and adapt to changes

Available Positions

We are accepting applications for multiple production positions. You’ll be trained to operate industry-specific machines. Attention to detail, upper body strength, and stamina are key. Experience with power tools is beneficial, but training will be provided.

Benefits and Pay

• Starting Pay: $20/hr
• Schedule: 10hrs a day, 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs)
