• All Credit card refunds will be charged a 5% refund fee.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds on returned orders will be minus the cost of shipping.
• Custom Orders are final and can not be returned unless Donek failed to produce the board to the dimensions agreed upon.
• Customers changing a custom snowboard order after the board has gone to production will be charged a $200 fee.
• Customers who choose to use a freight forwarder do so at their own risk. Donek Snowboards is not responsible for any complications, delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the onward shipping process with the chosen freight forwarder. We strongly encourage you to obtain additional insurance coverage for your shipments when using a freight forwarder.
• Deeluxe Hardboot returns will only be accepted if the boots are unused and the liners have not been molded. Boots must be returned in the original box and packaged the same way they were shipped.
